TERMS, CONDITIONS & WARRANTY
- SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE—All Prices, identification numbers, specifications,
policies and terms are subject to change without notice.
- FREIGHT—F.O.B. Plant,
Anniston, Alabama.
- PRODUCTION TIME—Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2
days of receipt.
- Please inspect each carpet set prior to installation.
Carpet sets cannot be returned after being cut, trimmed, glued, or altered in any
manner.
- No Refunds or Replacements after 1 year of order date.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
1. ITEM DOES NOT FIT - Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. Will:

Replace with same item (Same year, make, model,
color and material).

Issue a call tag to return product.
-
Pay shipping cost to replace product (Replacement
will be shipped the same way as original order unless the customer pays the difference).

Open account customers will be invoiced (for Replacement),
and credit issued upon receipt of returned product.

Credit card customers will be billed for Replacement),
if the return is not received within 30 days.
-
C.O.D. Customers will be invoiced (for Replacement),
if the return is not received within 30 days. The account will be placed
on stop ship until the invoice is paid.
2. INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED - Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. Will:
-
Replace product with original item ordered.
-
Pay shipping cost to return product.

Pay shipping cost to replace product (Replacement will be shipped the same way as original order unless the customer pays the difference).

Open account customers will be invoiced (for Replacement)
and credit issued upon receipt of returned product.

C.O.D. Customers will be invoiced (for Replacement),

3. CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT - Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. Will:

Issue MRA, if it is a returnable item.

Customer pays return shipping cost.

Customer pays 20% restocking charge on the purchase
price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (NO EXECEPTIONS)

Credit issued only after receipt and inspection.

DAMAGES—If damages occur in shipping, it is the
responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier.

WARRANTY—ACC guarantees all of our carpet sets
to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year.
(Normal wear from use of carpets excluded from this guarantee.) ACC will issue
a replacement or credit for any defective carpet sets, except those damaged in shipping.

PAYMENT METHODS

C.O.D.—All C.O.D.
orders must be paid by CERTIFIED CHECK. Personal and/or Company Checks will
not be accepted as payment without prior approval.

Credit Card—Using
a credit card for payment allows your order to be processed quickly. We will
gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS. Please give
your home telephone number & a number where you can be reached during Normal
business hours.

Pre-Paid Orders--You
may place your order by telephone and mail your personal check, certified check

NOTE:

Orders paid by Personal Check are held for two
weeks. Orders paid by Company Checks are processed the same day they are received.
Checks must be pre-approved. Money orders, cashiers and certified checks are
also accepted—U.S. Funds Only.

Orders paid by certified check or money order
are shipped within 24 or 48 hours in most cases.
*A WORD ABOUT
COLORS…At ACC, we take pride in the fact that we are able to match most
original materials and colors for carpets and floor mats, but bear in mind that
every vehicle may have several variations of the same color for each model year.
Dye lots for carpet may vary + or –5%, this is common to industry standards and
must be understood by manufacturers, dealers, and the customer. ACC has literally
hundreds of rolls of carpeting and it may be necessary for you to send a small sample
(approximately 1 square inch) to assure the closest possible match.
